Joan Scott is from Delaware and has bred Poodles since 1964, she is on the Board of The Poodle Club of America and judges three Groups for the American Kennel Club.She has shown over 100 dogs (Poodles and Chihuahuas) to their American Kennel Club Championships and believes in integrity in breeding and the appropriate testing of breeding stock to insure a happy, healthy toy.
